Our team seeks partnerships with long-term care facilities in the Omaha area - performing close-up magic for an individual resident or small group and/or teaching some residents magic tricks to perform for family and friends.

Patrice serves as Secretary on The Omaha Magical Society board as well as a teacher for the four-year Discover Magic Junior Magicians (ages 8-13). She also writes a regular monthly club newsletter column titled What’s Your Story? - interviewing members about how their interest in magic began.
An Omaha native and member of The Omaha Magical Society, Dr. Wengel earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1981 and his medical degree in 1986 from UNMC. He did his psychiatry residency and geriatric psychiatry fellowship at UNMC and joined the UNMC faculty in 1991 as assistant professor. He was elevated to associate professor in 1998 and to professor in 2005. He was appointed interim chair in 2004 and permanent chair of the University of Nebraska Medical Center Department Of Psychiatry in 2005. He currently serves as Assistant Vice Chancellor for Campus Wellness for the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
